There are 17 eating disorders, but 6 main ones. They consist of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, pica, rumination disorder, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder.

 

     At least 30 million people of different ages and genders get eating disorders. Every 62 minutes someone dies from an eating disorder. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness.

      Most people that have eating disorders get them because they get bullied for either being fat or something else. Some people don't get bullied or anything and think themselves that they are fat.
